Showcase your meetings management, planning and/or delivery software and
technology at the Professional Convention Management Association's
special program, Technology for Learning and Creating Memorable
Meetings, on the Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA June 18th from 11:00
a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Exhibitors are invited to showcase software and technology to help
planners tackle meeting planning tasks with ease, smooth the process of
creating content-rich, memorable programs and help track ROI. Give
participants a glimpse of what is on the technology horizon for
face-to-face meetings WOW, or possibilities and products that will
impact the future of meetings, conferences and conventions.
Audience: Approximately 75 meeting planners representing all sizes
of companies and organizations from the 5-state Pacific Northwest PCMA
chapter. Some of the members include planners from companies such as
Microsoft, destination meeting planners, governmental agencies and
associations, and representatives from Seattle, Spokane and Idaho CVBs.

Speaker: *** Carlson works as a virtual contractor to develop
amazing learning experiences for technical audiences. With offices on
both coasts, he partners with companies like Microsoft, T-Mobile and
e-Bay where his projects are described with words like "amazing" and
"incredible", as customers just love the stuff he does. He's the Chief
Knowledge Farmer for the Virtual Content Company, where he is a master
of social media.

Exhibit Fee: $50 for a 6 foot table top display (fee includes luncheon)
Expectation: Exhibitors will provide hands-on opportunities for
attendees to experience products and services and will be available
during both showcase times.
Benefit: All exhibitors will be invited to attend and will be
introduced at the program luncheon. They will also be listed in the
online PCMA Chapter Newsletter and featured in a follow up meeting
article.
