Leading Out Loud™
Organizations today must rely on the talents and passion of their
workforce to execute ambitious strategies, stay one step ahead of
customer needs, and even reinvent themselves. Yet today's workforce
is more cynical than ever. Leading Out Loud™ provides the "what to
do," and the "how-to" of leadership that drives change. It provides
a communication framework to follow, examples that model success,
and rigorous practice that inspires others to action.
Leading Technical Professionals™
Technical professionals (knowledge workers who are analytical and
process oriented, such as engineers, accountants, IT workers,
doctors) are a unique set of employees with distinct needs and
skills. It takes an advanced manager to get the most from this
valuable group. Leading Technical Professionals is a research-based
course designed for technical people leading technical people.
MPG: Managing Personal/Professional Growth
Alignment, engagement, and career development capture the essence
of this process. Participants receive feedback from their managers
and clarify how to contribute to their companies and how to develop
their careers and improve satisfaction in their jobs. This course
has been cited again and again as providing context for the best
conversations people have had with their managers.
Influencing Across the Matrix
Many employees feel the best idea should win, regardless of how
that idea is presented, championed or portrayed. This class teaches
participants why and how to influence others, and helps individuals
to champion their ideas. It is practical and provides real-time
coaching.
Helping Others Succeed (HOS) ®
Coaching requires more than learning listening skills. To
effectively coach, managers need to understand the needs and
motivators of their individual employees and must create a strategy
to coach to these needs. HOS provides a forum and tools to have
strategic coaching conversations beyond the performance management
process.
Why Should Anyone Be Led by You?™
Leadership is a relationship between leaders and followers. Like
all relationships, it is a somewhat fragile condition that requires
careful, constant cultivation. "Why Should" is a process that helps
leaders consider and organize their approach around the needs of
their followers which include: community, authenticity,
significance, and excitement. Participants receive feedback from
their followers and work on current issues they face at their
work.
