Why is business etiquette important? Because at the executive level, the stakes are higher, especially for women.

You already know the basics—no “upspeak” and a good handshake—but are you using words and phrases, body language or behaviors that are affecting your credibility?

Join us Thursday, April 7th, as business etiquette speaker, trainer, and coach Arden Clise shares how you can make a memorable, impactful impression, and how you can adjust your behavior to exude confidence and professionalism.

NOTE: This is an invite-only event for women holding director-level or above positions within a technology company or at a WTIA member company. If you’re interested in attending, please email Lourdes Tsukada at ltsukada@washingtontechnology.org.

Guest Speaker

She wrote a regular business etiquette column for the Puget Sound Business Journal and is the author of Spinach in Your Boss’s Teeth: Essential Etiquette for Professional Success (available late April 2016).
