One of the greatest benefits of the Washington Technology Industry Association membership is the opportunity to meet and learn from other members through face-to-face events. From small groups to large conferences to evening programs and social gatherings, Washington Technology Industry Association members appreciate the chance to get together with their peers in a variety of settings throughout the year.
Community Groups: Regular small-group meetings (typically 25-40 people) focused on specific topic areas such as HR, Marketing, and Security. A perfect forum for meeting people in the same functional area or industry and participating in a deeper dive on the issues most relevant to your day-to-day work.
Technology in Focus Series (TIFs) : Evening program series with featured speakers and casual social gatherings. Come for the networking, and stay to listen to informative, executive-level presentations on today’s most relevant topics.
Urban Leadership Series (ULS): Unique breakfast series forum for the technology community, business owners, corporate and government officials to connect over hot topics and common issues that are happening in the Puget Sound region.
Networking: Casual evening gatherings that typically draw between 150 to 200 people. Great environment to have a few drinks and do some business netoworking.
Industry Achievement Awards (IAA): Large annual event celebration, recognize the accomplishments of the best and brightest individuals, companies and students during the past year.
NW Tech Summit & Expo: The NW Tech Summit & Expo is an annual event that provides the knowledge and connections you need to stay current on new technologies, financing opportunities, and industry trends.
Golf: Annual golf tournment attracting c-level executives for a day of fun and networking.
Special Events: We have a variety of events throughout the year, some of our special events include our Chapter Events, the Cloud Computing Series, our CIO Forum, and many more.
