REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED - PLEASE REGISTER ON-SITE. There's a substantive difference between "reaching" and "connecting" to an audience. Focusing on product features or time/money savings is not enough to create a meaningful relationship between customers and your brand. This session draws from Millward Brown's global study linking branding and sensory awareness and the 4 "C"s (Care, Connect, Cultivate, Control) to imbue your company, products and services with emotive power to drive awareness, retention and loyalty. We'll explore how emotive marketing has relevance in both B2B and B2C environments and review specific examples from O2, AOL and others. Presenter Info: Karen Howe is a seasoned business leader and marketing veteran with more than 20 years experience working with multimedia and Internet technologies. Currently assisting a stealth startup, she oversees their marketing, traffic and corporate branding efforts. Howe served in senior marketing and management roles at AOL, Thomson, Stamps.com, and Motorola in addition to 11 years with Adobe Systems and Aldus Corp. She received her B.A from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.
