1/23/14: Tech Author Event Series – Erez Aiden

Discussion with Author and Inventor, Erez Aiden

Erez Aiden and Jean-Baptise Michel are the wunderkind scholars and inventors of the fascinating (and entertaining) Google Ngram viewer. Their new book, UNCHARTED: Big Data as a Lens to Human Culture delves into how Big Data is changing the game for the sciences, humanities, politics, business, and our culture.

Join us for the first event in our Tech Author Event Series as we feature Erez Aiden for a presentation, discussion, and Q&A. Erez Aiden is a Fellow at the Harvard Society and a former visiting faculty member at Google. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers from Barack Obama.

After the discussion and Q&A, Erez will be signing his book which will be on sale at the event for $28. As a WTIA member, you will receive $10 off!

Check out their TED Talk.
