Bellevue Tech Crawl- Event Recap

The WTIA hosted our first Tech Crawl of the summer on Wednesday, June 24, in downtown Bellevue at member companies Base2 Solutions and Limeade. Over 130 people registered to join in on the fun, food and drink, and networking with fellow members of the tech community.

The first stop on the crawl was Base2 Solutions, a tech company providing creative solutions for strategic business and government challenges. Attendees were greeted by the WTIA team and Base2’s senior recruiter, Anne Bly. Then the fun began with an organized game of pong all throughout the office! Beer was provided by Georgetown Brewing and wine was provided by Elevation Cellars, owned by Base2 engineer, Steven Stuart. Everyone walked away with Base2 branded whiskey glasses, and game winners won their own whiskey tasting set.

Across the street was the second and final stop, Limeade–an employee engagement platform that inspires people and companies to improve their health, well-being and performance. Crawlers made their way to the company’s brand new office space and were welcomed by CEO, Henry Albrecht. Once again, attendees enjoyed food and drink, Pictionary and ping pong, and tours of the office given by the Limeade team.

Thank you so much to our hosts, Base2 Solutions and Limeade, and everyone who came out and crawled with us. If you weren’t able to make it, don’t worry—we have another Tech Crawl coming up on July 30th in Fremont. Check out our events page for more information on upcoming events at the WTIA, we hope to see you at an event soon!
