The mission of WTIA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Center of Excellence is to lead and support the creation of anti-racist multicultural organizations where equity is deeply rooted and sustained in our workplaces and the communities we serve.

About the WTIA DEI Center of Excellence

The WTIA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Center of Excellence leads and supports the creation of equitable, inclusive, and diverse multicultural organizations where equity is deeply rooted and sustained in our workplaces and the communities we serve. 

We seek to identify root causes and develop workable solutions to structural inequities—including racism—in organizational development, recruitment, and retention practices and policies. A large part of this work is done by supporting WTIA Anti-Racism in Tech Pact. 

The WTIA DEI solution is a comprehensive, equity-focused training, and development framework that transforms technology companies and reimagines a workforce where everyone thrives.

We do this by guiding tech companies as they navigate the progression of their DEI journey and creating flourishing and belonging for every employee in every tech workplace.
