A lot of academic research exists on why diversity matters, what some of the root causes are, and some of the programmatic solutions. The challenge is much of the research is dense. A group of volunteers from FullConTech 2016 and the meetup group ”Diversity and Inclusion in Pacific Northwest” have joined forces to create a document to make the research easy-to-understand and actionable.
Every tab of the document includes important information. The first tab lists empirical evidence on what works. The second tab lists programmatic interventions.
