Whether you are ready to start angel investing now or planning for the future this workshop is designed to provide a framework for thinking about angel investing, how to make your first deal, and how to engage as an ongoing investor.

Topics will include:
1. How to think about the different stages of start-ups and build a portfolio.
2. How many deals you need to be in, liquidity of your investments, timing, and deal flow.
3. Due diligence: the basics of evaluating start-ups.
4. How deals are structured and legal basics.
