MOVING THE DIAL IN DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
The mission of WTIA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Center of Excellence is to lead and support the creation of anti-racist multicultural organizations where equity is deeply rooted and sustained in our workplaces and the communities we serve. Maileen will present on the challenges and opportunities of developing a DEI strategy that highlights change leadership. She will share trends related to diversity recruitment, hiring, retention and advancement of tech workers from diverse backgrounds.
