Clear and Meaningful Feedback Workshop

If feedback is a gift, why are we often reluctant to share it? In this 2-hour live and interactive virtual workshop, we explore ongoing feedback as a critical investment in others’ success. We’ll identify strategies to overcome feedback avoidance and learn a model for providing constructive feedback without sparking defensiveness. Then, we will examine how clear and timely feedback fuels a high-accountability, high-productivity environment. Participants learn an impactful coaching model to help create developmental partnerships with their team members. Participants engage in polls, discussions, and small group challenges to apply feedback and coaching models that can be immediately applied in their own workplace to fuel peak performance.
