Interviewing with Impact

In this 2-hour live and interactive virtual workshop, we’ll deconstruct traditional interviewing approaches to build a solid foundation for making the best hiring decisions. Participants will develop interview questions that draw out critical information, learn ways to add efficiencies to the interview process, and discuss how to navigate legal challenges that can elevate risk. We’ll position the interview as a brand experience where each participant plays an important role. Participants engage in polls, discussions, and small group challenges that help them connect what they learn to their own organization’s practices.
