IoT Successes and Challenges

The Washington IoT Council’s Biannual Summit will feature key representatives from industry, technology innovators, customers of IoT products and services, government and academic leaders, as well as investors and potential strategic partners to foster collaboration and continue the growth of this vibrant industry. By providing a forum to share use cases, best practices, and growth opportunities, the Summit will address all layers of the IoT Stack from edge to cloud, and foster dialogue among the participants.
Since its inception in 2014, the Council and its members have nurtured the rapid development of the IoT industry from concept to commercialization and scale by promoting collaboration among technology and established companies, while extraordinary new capabilities of devices and data have fueled adoption.
Speakers and companies represented include international players such as Microsoft, Ericsson, T-Mobile, PNNL, Paccar, and Amazon. Hosting both speakers and panels, we will provide meeting and reception spaces to support the goals of the Council and its members, including industry growth, innovation, and collaboration among investors, strategic partners, and startups.
