New Manager Development

Join us for our interactive, virtual New Manager Development workshop geared towards helping new and developing managers gain knowledge, skills, and confidence. Great managers know that what made them successful in past positions isn’t necessarily what will fuel success in managing others. In this 2-hour live and interactive virtual workshop, participants explore the manager role and best practices that help them lead, develop, and engage others. We’ll dive into common challenges that managers face and learn how to navigate them. Participants will receive practical templates and tools to provide constructive feedback, address performance concerns, facilitate meaningful one-on-ones, and create a business case to support requests for resources. Participants engage in polls, discussions, and small group challenges to immediately apply and practice techniques and solutions that support their success.
