This year, WTIA, UW CoMotion, and the Korean Innovation Center have partnered on an accelerator program to help support several South Korean startups that are evaluating US expansion.
The participating companies have participated in workshops, received coaching, received product feedback, and have connected with relevant people, companies, and organizations in WA state.

Judges
Amelia Marckworth is committed to advancing the missions of organizations that promote social justice, equity, and empowerment. Amelia works at Seattle University managing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, which provides experiential learning opportunities to students that benefit the local Central-area community. Amelia recently earned her Master of Nonprofit Leadership as well as a Graduate Certificate in Fundraising Leadership at Seattle University.
Lindsay Randall is the Innovation Program Manager for Moonbeam Exchange and serves as the Program Manager for the Congregate Solutions Accelerator Program, a startup accelerator program focused on the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries. Lindsay began her career shaping sustainability policy at the state and federal level where she served as a political appointee at the White House Council on Environmental Quality under President Barack Obama. She has built new programs like the Department of Education Green Ribbon Schools Program and the Champions of Change program.
Peter Mueller is a Partner at SeaChange fund, a member-managed seed stage fund based in Seattle and focused on investment in the Pacific Northwest. Peter focuses on AI/ML, cybersecurity, enterprise, marketplaces, and SaaS investments for SeaChange. He is a dedicated investor and board member that marches in lockstep with founders through their entrepreneurial journey.
Tanushree “Tee” Podder is a part of the investment team at Trilogy Equity Partners, an early-stage venture firm that was formed in 2006 and is led by former entrepreneurs and operators. Prior to Trilogy, Tee worked in technology investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Bay area. Tee holds an MBA degree from Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and an undergraduate engineering degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, India. Prior to her MBA, Tee was a software engineer and has worked with companies like ZS Associates and Zynga, and bootstrapped her own startup in India.
Tessie Decker brings a background in product management (ad products) with Amazon, strategy, brand consulting, and media and entertainment. She has expanded her investing experience through Seattle Angel Conference 21 and 22; she will be Fund Manager for the 23rd Seattle Angel Conference in the spring. She is engaged as an LP with First Row Partners; E8 Angels; Portfolia; is an Activator with Coralus (ventures working on the World’s To-Do List) and holds direct investments in tech and gaming.
