Volunteer Speakers

Speakers Database

Please fill out this form if you’re interested in becoming a speaker and we’ll match you with a speaking opportunity if one becomes available. We use this database to source speakers for WTIA events as well as match volunteer speakers to organizations seeking speakers.

Please fill out this form if you’re interested in sourcing a volunteer speaker for your organization. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a list of potential matches with their identity removed. After you indicate your preferences, we will reach out to speaker candidates to see if they are willing to be introduced to your organization.

Event Volunteers

FullConTech Scribe

Do you care about how the tech industry is changing our community? We need people who are good listeners and note takers to act as scribes for FullConTech’s facilitated discussions. If you’re interested, please fill out this form.

Required: Current university and graduate students.

FullConTech Facilitator

Are you an expert, experienced facilitator who would like to volunteer your services for an afternoon during WTIA’s FullConTech conference? We’ll pair you with a subject matter expert co-facilitator–you just need to keep the discussion and debate flowing. Must be willing to participate in several pre-conference prep sessions. If you’re interested, please fill out this form.

WTIA Event Help

Do you enjoy capturing an experience through you camera? Our team would love any volunteer photographers for our many events. Love to blog or social media? Come be a guest blogger or live tweet, and get free entry to connect with our tech community! Generally, we may need extra hands for help setting up, tearing down, or greeting attendees. For more details, email Callie Chadwell.

Required: University or graduate student status or employee at an early stage tech startup.
