FullConTech occurs twice annually touching talent related topics at one conference and a controversial issue at the other. During these two one-day conferences, you will have a chance to shape the future of the technology industry in Washington State by participating in evidence based conversations about challenges and proposing solutions we can address as a team. The outcomes of those discussions helps shape WTIA’s priority activities for the coming year.

Training Camp & Draft Day
Event Description: Draft Day represents an effort to help solve the biggest challenge facing the tech industry: the talent gap. The program helps expand the tech talent pool, increases accessibility for new entrants to the industry, and supports diversity. Unlike job fairs, Draft Day pre-selects candidates who are nominated by their instructors or supervisors and provides ‘blind’ interviews with recruiters, eliminating bias around background and educational pedigrees.
