WTIA Founder Cohort Helps Startup Founders Scale and Succeed Faster
Founder Cohort 8 is now open for new applicants
Since 2018, the WTIA Founder Cohort Program has provided hands-on guidance, support, and community for more than 180 early-stage startups, helping them grow and scale over the course of a six-month period. Founder Cohort 7 is currently underway, and an eighth is set to kick off in September. There are myriad individual success stories that have come out of this incredible collaboration. However, perhaps the greatest evidence of the powerful wins achieved by Founder Cohort participants is in their successes when it comes to fundraising, diversity of leadership, and longevity. The data speaks for itself:

- How to manage a board of directors
- Corporate governance (accounting, legal, etc.)
- Customer development and go to market strategies
The program includes a 3-day, intensive fundraising boot camp, along with monthly, deep-dive workshops on relevant, stage-appropriate topics that founders can implement in their businesses in real-time.
Beyond gaining critical business-building knowledge and skills, founders also benefit from mentorship, education, coaching, and connections to sponsors and partners in the vast WTIA network, as well as opportunities to collaborate and grow with peers who are at similar stages in building their businesses.
The Founder Cohort program is free to apply for and participate in, and no equity will be exchanged.
