WTIA TIPs in 2015
We’re pretty excited about the programing we put together for you in 2015. AT WTIA, each year, we host over 50 events, from seminars, roundtables, lectures, workshops, to parties, golf, and a conference. We bring people together for mutual learning and networking around hot tech topics and issues that impact our industry. In 2015, we are categorizing these events as TIPs–Technology Industry Programs (TIPs).
TIPs take place year round, often hosted at members’ workplaces. We are now streaming most of this content online. We designed TIPs to help individual tech professionals grow their skills, which in turn strengthens Washington’s tech companies. Then we can grow our industry together.
For the last several months, we’ve been busy gathering feedback on what kinds of topics you want to see in 2015. We’ve organized these topics into monthly themes. Here’s what you can expect in the new year.
| January | Predictive Analytics |
| February | Big Data & Cloud Infrastructure |
| March | “Game” Changers in Gaming |
| April | Tech for Good |
| May | DisruptiveTECH |
| June | Privacy & IT (in)Security |
| July | Mobile & Con(TECH)tual Computing |
| September | TECH as a Solution |
| October | BioTECH & Healthcare IT |
